Darsh Rajeshbhai Malaviya is a Whole-time Director on the Board of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since its inception. He is responsible for sales, business development and operational activities of our Company. He has attended GLS University, Gujarat for his bachelor’s degree in business administration. He has approximately six years of experience in the field of textile processing and exports.
Ushaben Rajeshbhai Malaviya
Executive Director
Ushaben Rajeshbhai Malaviya is an Executive Director on the Board of our Company. She has been associated with our Company since April 1, 2026. She is responsible for overseeing and reviewing export-related documentation and providing support in relation to administrative and operational matters in our Company. She has attended the University of Rajasthan for her bachelor’s degree in arts. She has over 17 years of experience in the field of textile processing. Prior to joining our Company, she was previously associated with Usha Cotton Print as its proprietor.
Parth Rajeshbhai Malaviya
Non-Executive Director
Parth Rajeshbhai Malaviya is the Non-Executive Director on the Board of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since April 1, 2026. He is responsible for governance, strategic planning and policy development functions in our Company. He has attended Dhaval Straed Work School, Jetpur, Rajkot (affiliated with Central Board of Secondary Education) for his secondary education and completed his higher secondary certification from Gujarat Secondary & Higher Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar). He has around 5 months of experience in the textile processing and exports.

Shilpy Chopra is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. She has been associated with our Company since April 1, 2026. She holds a bachelor’s degree in law and holds a post-graduate diploma in business administration from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, Pune. She is also an associate of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has over 12 years of experience in the field of corporate secretarial and compliance work. She is currently associated with Zel Jewellers Limited as company secretary and compliance officer. Further, she was previously associated with Parveen Rastogi & Co. as company secretary.
Sudhanshu Shekhar

Sudhanshu Shekhar is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since April 1, 2026. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Calcutta and masters’ degree in commerce (management accounting and financial strategies) from Indira Gandhi National Open University. He is also a fellow member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accounts of India. He also holds diplomas in forensic audit and information system security audit from ICMAI. He has over 15 years of experience in the field of cost accountancy, accounting and taxation. Currently, he serves as a designated partner of Tick and Tie LLP, M/s Taxtoil Global LLP and partner of M/s S. Shekhar & Co.

Sagar Ramesh Batavia is the Independent Director on the Board of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since April 1, 2026. He holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in management studies from Mumbai University. He has around 13 years of experience in the field of statutory affairs, compliance and operational management. Prior to joining our Company, he was previously associated with BRK Instruments India LLP and Amkette Analytics Limited as Manager – Statutory Affairs.
